We at Epworth UMC are concerned for our families, friends, neighbors and the world.

As a community of faith we want to share your concerns together through prayer.
The United Methodist Women of Epworth UMC have an active "Prayer Chain" which reaches approximately 80 members.  To activate the Prayer Chain on behalf of your loved one, just fill out the form below.

If your request is of a confidential nature, check the appropriate box.
You may direct your request to Rev. Price, as well as publishing your request in the church bulletin and the email Prayer Chain.
Out of respect for the privacy of those on our Prayer List, prayer requests will not be published online.
