2015 High School Graduates
Brandon Parrish Brandon, son of Todd and Vicki Parrish and grandson of Larry and Celia Parrish will be graduating from Ripley High School on June 5, 2015. Brandon is currently getting a taste of college by attending morning classes at WVU-P before finishing his day at Ripley High School. He has earned 12 credit hours towards a college degree. After graduation, Brandon is excited to get back to work at Adkins Family RV in Fairplain, WV for the second summer in a row. He plans to use the money he has earned towards college expenses. Brandon is very interested in possibly pursuing a degree in Safety Management that is offered at Marshall University, but still looking at other options. He is looking to find a career that he enjoys and work towards a future that will take him on a road of happiness. We are very proud of Brandon and wish him the best of luck in all that he strives towards. Congratulations Brandon!!! Brooke Randolph Brooke is a 2015 Graduate of Ripley High School. While in high school she has attended the Vo-tech for nursing. Last year her Bio-med debate team went to Nationals in Florida. She is interested in pursuing a career in phlebotomy and this year had the pleasure of learning under Julia Hoffman at the JGH lab. She is still deciding on where to continue her education. Brooke is the daughter of Kevin Randolph and Pam Fields and granddaughter of Doris and the late Ray Randolph David Tibbals David Alexander Tibbals, son of Erin Matson and stepson of Steve Matson will graduate from Ripley High School with the class of 2015. David has been very active in DECCA at Ripley High School, and has captured first place honors at the State DECCA competition 2 of 4 his years of high school. David's future plans are undecided at this time as he continues to ponder his future direction. He works part time at Ripley Dairy Queen, and enjoys fishing in his spare time. David is the big brother of Brock and Luke Matson and the grandson of David and Louise Raines. |
2015 College Graduates
Tony Casto Tony will be graduating in May, 2015 from West Virginia University with a degree in Nursing. He plans to work for Charleston Area Medical Center at Women's and Children's Hospital in the Emergency Department. Prior to graduation, Tony was an Extern at Women's and Children's in the ED and was trained in the Med-Surg area of Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. His parents are Kerry & Jackie Casto. Epworth grandparents are Rosemary Bell and Dick & Helen Casto. Lauren Winters Lauren will graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design degree from Ohio University. Following graduation, Lauren plans to relocate to Cleveland, OH to work as a graphic designer at the headquarters of a national apparel company. Her parents are Roger & Jane Winters. Jared Taylor Jared Taylor graduated from West Virginia University, Parkersburg on Saturday, May 16th with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Jared started his college studies at West Liberty University in Wheeling, WV where he was a member of the baseball team. After playing ball for 4 years, Jared transferred his college credits to West Virginia University at Parkersburg. Upon graduation, Jared accepted a position with BB&T in the Ripley branch. Jared is the son of Ross and Laura Taylor of Ripley and the the grandson of Tom and Janice Stemple of Ripley. He has two sisters, Rachel, who lives in PA and Haley who is a junior at Ripley High School. |
