Bradley "Brad" J. Childers

Bradley Jacob Childers, 56, of Ripley died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007, at his home.

He was born Dec. 27, 1950, son of the late Florine Myer and Carlton "Curly" Childers. He was a graduate of Ripley High School and attended Epworth United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his brother, Gary Childers (Karen) of Durham, N.C.; sister, Jacqueline Crawfish (J. Gregory) of Mansfield, Ohio; niece, Robin Leedy; and nephews, David and Doug Jerger.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Epworth United Methodist Church, Ripley, with Dr. Ken Krimmel officiating. Burial will follow at the Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.

Memorial donations may be made to the Epworth United Methodist Church Building Fund.

Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home is serving the family.
