Chan Pecka, 52, of Ripley passed away Saturday, January 10, 2009, at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston following an extended illness.

She was custodian at Epworth United Methodist Church in Ripley for many years, a homemaker and a Christian.

Chan is survived by her husband, Richard Pecka, of Ripley, and loving sons Christopher and Michael.

A memorial service to honor Chan’s life will be held Saturday, January 17, 2009, at Epworth United Methodist Church at 1:00 p.m. with John Gunther and Minister Terry Deane officiating.

Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, is serving the Pecka family.
