Imagine you were new to Epworth UMC and wanted to know more about the church ministries and activities. Where would you look for answers?
We are currently creating web pages for each ministry and activity at Epworth UMC. These pages will give a brief description of each ministry and activity, current projects/events, meeting times and whom to contact for more information.
We are asking that all members, young and old, fill out the survey below so that we will have the latest information on all activities at the church.
As you fill out the survey you may ask yourself what does this or that group do. There are so many ways to become involved in your church that it's hard to keep up with everything. The survey below is the first step toward compiling all this information in one convenient location. The goal is to keep members, and newcomers alike, up to date with what's going on in the church and encourage you to find your place in the various church ministries.
Information collected in this survey will be used to facilitate communication and will not be shared without your permission.
If you Chair or Co-chair a committee or activity, we need your permission to publish your picture and/or your contact information.
If you and your family participate in many of the church activities you may find yourself being filmed or photographed. Again, we would like your permission to publish these images in church print, web and social media publications, subject to our privacy guidelines.
After you submit the survey, please download and print the release form.
You will note on the form that you have a range of permissions that will allow your to decide what information we may publish.
After you complete and sign the release, you may mail it to the church or fold it up and place it in the suggestion box in the narthex on Sunday.
