EASTER FLOWERS

Orders for Easter flowers are now being accepted.
Order forms will be available in the Sunday bulletin or you may download the form in a Word document, located at the left.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
  • The price is $9.00 per pot
  • Please make checks payable to Epworth Flower Fund
  • The deadline for orders will be March 13, 2016

Please place your order as soon as possible to assure the correct amount are ordered and the dedications can be typed and proofed in a timely manner. 

Please type or print dedication and your salutation legibly, and indicate if the dedication is  “In Honor of”  or “In Memory of”.

You may mail your Order form and Check (made payable to Epworth Flower Fund) to
