Edwin Kyle Wilson

RIPLEY - Edwin Kyle Wilson, 73, of Ripley died April 21, 1999, at home after a long illness.

He was a Methodist, an Army Air Corps veteran and a former miner. He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum and was a member of the United Steelworkers and the Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees.

Surviving: wife, Ida Kathryn Haught Wilson; sons, Randall L. of Sandyville, Thomas E. of Ripley, David Kyle of Parkersburg; daughter, Marla Reynolds of Vienna; sisters, Joyce Lemley of Brunswick, Ohio, Sue Phillips of Strongsville, Ohio, Joan Spencer of Cumberland, Md., Linda Harbert of Daybrook; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Kenneth Krimmell officiating. Entombment will be in Jackson County Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Cottageville. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Epworth United Methodist Church Building Fund, Ripley, WV 25271.
