Geneva Pearl Kinley, 80, of Ripley, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2011 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born July 16, 1931 in Lincoln County, daughter of the late Edward and Gertrude Dotson Hager. She was a housewife and a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church, Ripley. Surviving: Son, T.C. Halstead; Daughters, Connie Joyce Hatcher and Shirl Ann Talbott; Brother Kelly Hager and sister Louise Ferrell. She also leaves eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, a son, John Keith Halstead, preceded her in death.
