Parchment Valley Conference Center is situated on over 1200 acres of prime Ohio Valley farmland. At the time it was purchased in 1965, this was the Hyre Dairy Farm of which our administration and dining facility (The William G. Farmar Administration Building) is the only remaining structure.
The conference facility was designed with you and your group in mind, whether it be children, youth or adults, with the intention of being accessible, available, and affordable the year round. Our cabins were designed for use by children and youth while our lodges were originally designed to accommodate the needs of adults and recently renovated to reflect the expectations of today's adult.
The Greenlee Activities Center provides meeting and activity space for children and youth groups, while the Santrock Education Center provides adult meeting space featuring some of the latest technologies. Hill Hall is available for large group settings.

Coming South on I-77 from Parkersburg, WV - Get off I-77 at the Ripley Exit (exit 138) to stop sign and turn left, come down to the stoplight and turn right (you will be on Rt. 62S)
From the stoplight go approximately 1/2 mile.
Turn left on Parchment Valley Road (there is a large blue and white sign WV Baptist Conference Center). This road is right across from the State Police Office.
Follow Parchment Valley Road 1 - 3/4 mile, you will be right in front of the Conference Center Administration
Building (The Big Red Barn).
If you are coming North on I-77 from Charleston, WV - Get off I-77 at the Ripley Exit (exit 138) come down to the stoplight and turn left (you will be on Rt. 62S) and come to a second stoplight.
From the second stoplight go approximately 1/2 mile.
Turn left on Parchment Valley Road (there is a large blue and white sign WV Baptist Conference Center). This road is right across from the State Police Office.
Follow Parchment Valley Road 1 - 3/4 mile, you will be right in front of the Conference Center Administration
Building (The Big Red Barn).
Our office is located in the Farmar Administration Building (the big red barn). Turn into the drive in front of the Administration Building sign and follow it into the back parking lot. Come in the door on the right. You will see the office as you enter the dining room on the right.
Office hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
